I provide evidence-based therapies for insomnia and chronic pain, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) for and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Chronic Pain, as well as support for adjusting to medical diagnoses. My goal is to help you improve quality of life and maintain a sense of control.

Parenting while carrying stress, depression, or trauma can feel overwhelming. I combines evidence-based therapies with expertise in family communication and the biological impacts of trauma. Therapy offers parents practical tools to manage stress, improve emotional balance, and create a more supportive environment for their children.
